Led the design and development of a custom ERP system for Imeyco. Managed a cross-functional team from start to finish and delivered the project successfully. I worked mainly on the backend, building strong and scalable systems, while also supporting the frontend when needed. The solution helped streamline the company’s core operations and significantly improved efficiency.
